About the role

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. What you'll do

• Define the agent architecture for each use case, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and agent/conversation flows
• Decide when native Copilot Studio capabilities are sufficient and when to use Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection or custom grounding (e.g., RAG
• Design Power Automate flows and MCP Server tool/plugin connections to extend agent actions and integrate with line-of-business systems
• Establish security, authentication, data access, and governance guardrails for agents and their connected systems
• Define environment strategy and ALM practices (dev-test-prod), solution packaging, and publishing across channels (Teams, web, custom apps)
