About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee collections and asset recovery for retail loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, team management, and legal coordination, with the ability to operate both strategically and on the ground.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain collection efficiency across assigned portfolios
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of delinquent accounts
  • Analyze collection trends and implement corrective actions
  • Manage repossession activities in coordination with repossession agents
  • Oversee the sale of repossessed assets to maximize recovery
