About the role

What you'll do

• Take ownership of customer issues
• Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and reliable support

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Problem solving
• Any graduate

Good to have

• MS Office
