Customer Care Executive

About the role

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and escalations across Credit Card Operations. Any Graduate (Mandatory). Freshers are welcome for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) and Customer Service processes. Collections candidates must possess a valid DRA Certification (Mandatory).

What you'll do

• Handling customer service inquiries and service requests
• Managing fraud-risk related customer verification, alerts, and escalations
• Handling credit card collection activities including Bucket 1, Bucket 2, and delinquent accounts
• Resolving customer complaints within defined TATs
• Managing email communications with customers professionally
