About the role

Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints through calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions as per company policies. Explain products, services, features, pricing, processes, and service procedures to customers.

What you'll do

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints through calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels
• Explain products, services, features, pricing, processes, and service procedures to customers
• Maintain a professional and positive approach to ensure a good customer experience
• Record and update customer interactions, complaints, service requests, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, complaints, orders, or service issues
