About the role

As a Customer Care Executive (CCE) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers on a day shift schedule, 6 days a week.

What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Document and track customer interactions in the system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

• 1–5 yrs of experience

• Class 12
