About the role

To analyze the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field. To provide feedback on Product Performance and for Product To assist in spare parts requirement in co-ordination with Spare Parts division. Inspection of failed components to give decision. To train Dealers/Customers’/Technicians on Product and driving.
