About the role

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, company sales policies, and applicable regulatory standards
  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to support a seamless customer experience
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and master data setup
  • Process stock transfer orders and customer orders accurately
  • Manage domestic and High Sea Sales orders
