Customer Experience Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CX Analytics & Insights Manager to help organizations make data-driven customer experience decisions by transforming customer feedback, operational metrics, and customer interaction data into actionable business insights. The role will work closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to identify trends, measure customer sentiment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop CX dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Analyze customer feedback and operational performance metrics
• Identify customer experience trends and improvement opportunities
• Build actionable insights for business and operations leaders
• Support Voice of Customer (VoC) and customer listening programs

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
