Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success Specialists (CSS) are a team of extraordinary technical guides whose #1 focus is to deliver exclusive customer experience. What you'll do

• The role is also involved in 1:1 customer engagements and community events
• Additionally, the position collaborates with Customer Success Teams, Accounts, Sales, Partners, and others in GTM
• Handles adoption for a moderately-sized portfolio of mid-sized customers, managing deployments that may span multiple products/solutions within a single technology area
• Conducts standard or moderately customized technical enablement sessions across multiple products and audiences
• Supports TAP execution by identifying adoption blockers, recommending relevant accelerators, and collaborating with CXMs to align activities with customer goals

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Customer success
• CSS
• Sales
• MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech or B.Sc
