About the role

We are looking for a CX Automation & Journey Designer to transform customer experiences through journey optimization, process automation, and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.

What you'll do

  • Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end customer journeys across channels
  • Identify customer pain points, process bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
  • Partner with business and technology teams to implement AI and automation solutions
  • Improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and resolution rates
  • Design future-state customer journeys and service experiences
