Customer Program Manger

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Program Manager to own and drive strategic customer programs from engagement and planning through execution and delivery. The role will be the primary program interface for key customers, working closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Business and Leadership teams to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, quality and business objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers for program execution, progress, risks, dependencies and escalations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, senior leadership and key decision-makers
• Translate customer requirements and business priorities into clear execution plans for internal teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive roadmap alignment and successful delivery
