Customer Relations Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of university to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals.

What you'll do

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders
• End to end process flow management and process flow covering ( Calling, Chats, Emails & Data management )
• Handling inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat
• Understanding and awareness of documentation covering ( VISA process and more)
• Making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications for study abroad programs
