Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

You will handle inbound and outbound communications, troubleshoot problems, provide product and service information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• CRM
• MS Office
• Problem solving
• BBA or B.Com
