About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
