Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

What you'll do

• Working within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, the CRE will collaborate closely with operations, sales
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide accurate information on Digitide Solutions' offerings and policies
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling based on client needs

What you need
