About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary goal is to foster strong, positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
