About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is our top priority. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
