About the role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to provide excellent service to our clients in Sambalpur, Odisha. This role involves maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Provide information about products or services and assist with purchases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
