About the role

Responsible for quality of the credit portfolio of the region, shall be able to contribute towards process/policy/product changes related to credit. Lead and develop the SME/MSME credit team, guiding them to meet objectives. Assess and approve medium ticket credit exposures, evaluating client performance through financial analysis and industry insight.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business and clients to structure beneficial facilities
• Own the quality of the regional SME/MSME portfolio, implementing controls and monitoring for improvement

What you need

• 10–20 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• Credit risk
• Reporting
• Audit
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
