About the role

To manage customer servicing and relationship activities through understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable banking solutions, facilitating service delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory and Bank policies. Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.

What you'll do

  • Manage customer servicing and relationship activities through understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable banking solutions
  • Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets
  • Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT
