About the role

To manage assigned business processes, products, customer journeys, operational activities, governance requirements, and performance outcomes by ensuring effective execution, regulatory compliance, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to support business growth and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned business processes, products, customer journeys, operational activities, governance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
• Assist customers with account opening, onboarding, and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA, and other regulatory requirements during customer onboarding and servicing
• Manage day-to-day operations of the NRI Lounge and ensure a superior customer experience
