About the role

As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support, you will communicate with customers in Hindi and English while supporting customer queries in an e-commerce environment. The role combines strong communication with digital proficiency and analytical thinking, including the ability to understand and quantify problem statements involving suppliers or vendors.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer interactions while communicating clearly and professionally in Hindi and English
• Understand customer concerns and requirements and provide clear, accurate and helpful communication
• Use MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other digital productivity tools required for customer support activities
• Analyse and quantify problem statements related to suppliers or vendors and apply logical reasoning to propose appropriate solutions
• Apply e-commerce knowledge and customer service skills to understand concerns and support effective resolutions
