What you'll do

• Responsible for managing large volume of calls/emails/chats
• Considering business operations,you will be moved to calls/emails.chats for your better exposure and learning
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

What you need

• 0–4 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Escalation handling
• Communication
• Any graduate

What you get
