What you'll do

• Should be willing to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently
• Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and
• Proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA
• Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved
• Develop a professional relationship with customers by building a good rapport
