The customer support associate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Work Environment: Work From Office
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US Healthcare queries such as prior authorization of billing, claims, or patient support
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records
