About the role

The Core Connect CRE is responsible for handling pre-approved / system-generated personal loan leads, conducting field visits, ensuring correct documentation, and supporting login-to-disbursement closure while strictly following process and compliance guidelines. The CRE will also be responsible for collection of EMIs.

What you'll do

• Handle system-generated / pre-approved personal loan leads
• Conduct customer field visits for verification and relationship building
• Explain loan eligibility, EMI, tenure, and process clearly to customers
• Collect and verify KYC, income, residence, and employment documents
• Ensure accurate login of cases as per policy and process
