Customer Success Associate

About the role

Handle customer queries and service requests through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with queries related to financial products, accounts, payments, and services. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions as per company policies. Guide customers through application, documentation, payment, and service-related processes.

What you'll do
