Customer Success Executive

About the role

We're looking for passionate Customer Success Executives to onboard and launch India's leading marketplaces and D2C brands on Zippee's Quick Commerce network. This is a high-pressure, 0-handholding environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.

What you'll do

• Own the post-sales customer journey while working closely with Operations, Product, Procurement, Tech, and Sales to ensure successful execution
• Travel extensively across India to support brand launches, dark store operations, and on-ground execution
• Track key operational metrics, project milestones, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams
• Build strong relationships with brands, resolve operational challenges, and drive customer success
