About the role

We're looking for a junior customer success executive to support parents and students throughout their learning journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a willingness to collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth experience.

What you'll do

  • Support onboarding of students and parents
  • Coordinate with academic, sales, and ops teams
  • Guide parents and students on processes
