Customer Success Specialist (saas)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer onboarding, driving product adoption, managing client relationships, and enabling customers to achieve maximum value from the Zithara.ai platform.

What you'll do

• Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding and implementation process
• Ensure successful setup, configuration, and integration of Zithara.ai CRM platform
• Support clients during implementation, data migration, and initial adoption
• Drive early product usage to ensure long-term success and value realization
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
