Customer support & success Intern: Hyper-Predictive-Personalization

About the role

You will have the choice to learn and assist on topics and activities that you have a flair for, have the core theoretical and academic understanding of and enjoy working on. You will work closely with product, and engineering teams and learn how to become a trusted advisor to our customers and help them harness the full potential of all our apps' capabilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with business research and analysis of AI, Automation, and Observability tools to create customer support and success solutions
• Assist in responding to customers’ questions and requirements
• Assist with creating AI driven workflows, agentic AI support, resources, and more
• Work with the team and assisting on building composable hyper-personalized campaigns on-the-fly
• Support the development team by providing latest Business updates, and best practices for the tools we use
