About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide property-related information, and assist in ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of the real estate industry.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers regarding real estate projects
• Provide detailed information about property listings, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently

What you need
