About the role
We are hiring Telugu-speaking Customer Support Executives for a BPO voice process. Selection includes the client’s prescribed Versant/Voice4 (V4) communication assessment.
What you'll do
- Handle customer calls professionally in Telugu
- Listen to customer queries and provide accurate responses
- Follow process guidelines and approved call scripts
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
