CWM Consultant Associate

About the role

The Associate Consultant serves as the operational subject matter expert (SME) for the contingent workforce program within their designated location(s) and group(s). This role will support India professional contingent worker engagements for India Foods and GIC and will provide backup support for D&T engagements.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program within the designated location(s) / group(s)
• Act as the primary point of contact for contingent workforce program-related issues
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to contingent workers
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and address any identified gaps
• Maintain high quality standards in all aspects of the contingent workforce program
