Cyber Security - SOC Operations/Pre-sales APAC Lead

About the role

Lead and mentor a regional team of experienced cybersecurity solution professionals across APAC. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, client success, and continuous growth. Set direction, goals, and ways of working for the APAC Customer Engineering function. Own the end-to-end presales process — from qualification and discovery through to solution design, proposal, and deal closure.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a regional team of experienced cybersecurity solution professionals across APAC
• Architect tailored, commercially sound cybersecurity solutions addressing complex client environments
• Lead and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise accounts
• Deliver compelling, board-level presentations and solution demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
