D - Sales Director

About the role

As a Sales Executive , you will make an impact by driving growth for Cognizant Learning Services through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and consultative selling of workforce transformation and learning solutions.

What you'll do

• Generate, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while building and managing a strong pipeline of Learning Services engagements across target accounts
• Engage senior client stakeholders, including HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders
• Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution development through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure
• Build long-term executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients align learning investments with business outcomes and measurable ROI
