3-5+ years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles. Experience managing paid media channels including Meta and Google. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Demonstrated ability to drive growth through experimentation and optimization.
What you'll do
- Own D2C growth and revenue for a high-growth consumer brand
- Own D2C revenue and growth targets across digital channels
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies
- Manage performance marketing agencies across Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Monitor and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer retention
