About the role

A successful Ecommerce Head should have: 8-15 years' experience in E-Commerce / D2C / digital-first consumer businesses Proven 0→1 build experience in launching or scaling online brands Deep expertise in performance marketing and marketplace growth Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution bias

What you'll do

  • Build a category-defining D2C platform in Nutraceuticals & sports nutrition
  • Own and scale a high-growth digital P&L with full autonomy
  • Define and drive the E-Commerce & digital strategy from 0 to 1
  • Build and launch the D2C platform (technology, UX, CRM, analytics, payments)
  • Establish and scale presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
