D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer I

About the role

You will be responsible to design, build, and enhancing scalable automation solutions using Agentic automation, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging platforms such as Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow. Working closely with business stakeholders, the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence, and global technology teams, you will turn business needs into reliable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do

• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate Agentic AI orchestration (e.g., AI agents, prompt-driven workflows
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, following IA development standards and guidelines
• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations) to streamline business processes
• Build and support Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) solutions to digitize forms and business processes
• Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, including data migrations and site administration
