Data/AI Manager- Decision Intelligence

About the role

Transforms planning signals into decision-ready insights across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, production, procurement and distribution planning. Enables faster, more confident trade-off decisions across service, cost, cash, inventory, capacity and revenue commitments. Shapes agentic AI opportunities where planning agents can monitor signals, reason through exceptions, recommend actions and execute bounded workflows within defined business guardrails.

What you'll do

• Own the planning decision intelligence transformation roadmap and backlog aligned to E2E Planning, S&OE, S&OP and IBP priorities
• Lead programmatically from POC / POV to at scale deployment for prioritized decision intelligence initiatives
• Track and report on adoption and outcome KPIs
• Translate planning requirements into scalable data products, predictive models, scenario simulation, optimization models and decision workflows for S&OE and IBP
• Enable exception-based workflows for demand changes, supply constraints, inventory risks, capacity bottlenecks, allocation decisions and financial plan gaps
