You will work across portfolio diagnostics, cross‑sell strategy, and risk insights to help shape smarter credit and customer engagement decisions.

What you'll do

  • Work across portfolio diagnostics, cross‑sell strategy, and risk insights to help shape smarter credit and customer engagement decisions
  • Monitor portfolio health through deep‑dive analytics, dashboards, and early‑warning insights
  • Identify high‑value customer segments for cross‑sell using behavioural data and predictive analytics
  • Analyse campaign performance across channels and recommend actions to improve conversion & ROI
  • Partner with marketing to analyse channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience targeting
