Data Analyst - Cx

About the role

As a Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics function at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will play a key role in identifying business needs, designing analytical tools, and supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior analysts and lead analysts to develop test strategies, apply analytical frameworks, and contribute to impactful business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through structured information gathering and analysis
• Design and apply analytics techniques to address current and future business needs
• Map analytical frameworks to available data sources to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Conduct statistical analysis and create visualizations to present findings in a clear, actionable manner
