Data Analyst (Portal Writer)

About the role

Operating at the intersection of product engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and developer experience, this role is responsible for architecting and maintaining clear, accurate, and developer-friendly documentation for our APIs and B2B integration channels. Beyond pure technical authoring, the role bridges the gap between deep technical capability and business value.

What you'll do

• State the key (maximum of seven) areas and clusters of responsibility, formulated in an active manner
• Define the reason why the job exists, you may summarize overall responsibilities, applicable guidelines/policies, and expected output
• Content Ingestion & Portal Ownership
• Own, architect, and continuously maintain the master technical documentation on the Mintlify platform
• Transform complex functional blueprints, webshop specifications, and integration frameworks into modular
