Data Analytics & Management - Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support and lead change initiatives across Statutory and Regulatory Reporting . The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of relevant experience within banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting processes and proven experience delivering complex business, regulatory, data, and technology change.

What you'll do

• Regulatory & Statutory Reporting Change
• Lead business analysis activities for regulatory reporting change initiatives
• Analyze new and evolving reporting requirements and translate them into clear business, functional, data, and system requirements
• Perform detailed impact assessments across reports, data elements, calculations, business rules, controls, processes, and technology
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of regulatory and reporting changes
