About the role

Health Benefits and Health Solution Operations The role holder will be responsible for supporting enterprise project governance, portfolio management, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. This role acts as a critical bridge between project teams, business stakeholders, finance partners, and leadership by ensuring accurate reporting, effective governance, resource optimization, financial oversight, and data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Project Portfolio Governance & Delivery Support
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects across business functions
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational policies
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely delivery
• Establish project review cadence and facilitate governance meetings with stakeholders
