Data & Archiving Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Archiving Analyst to join our Data Platform Governance team and lead the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of McCain’s global data archiving and retention framework.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data retention schedules aligned to legal, regulatory, and business requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Define and implement data disposal and defensible deletion processes that are auditable and compliant
• Establish and manage legal hold processes in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams
• Partner with SAP Basis teams and managed service providers to monitor archiving activities, content server capacity, and archiving performance
• Ensure ILM residence and destruction rules are properly configured to support retention and automated disposition requirements
