What you'll do

Lead delivery of Tableau to Power BI migration activities
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
Develop Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX measures
Review team deliverables and mentor junior engineers
Optimize report performance and ensure reporting standards
