Data & Ops Manager, Rankings

About the role

You will manage three associates/analysts and own the day-to-day running of the operational engine that produces the rankings, and act as the senior operational point of contact in India. We are looking for someone who will look at how we currently do things, decide what the best version of the process should be, and build it - with documentation that outlasts any individual.

• Manage and develop three team members. Set the bar for analytical rigour and follow-through. Coach, review, unblock
• Communicate findings clearly to the London team and other colleagues - concise written notes, simple visuals
• Maintain the analyst and firm directory and the rules that govern it: sector and coverage logic, analyst moves, roster locks and transfers
• Track delivery across the operational pipeline - submissions in flight, processing status, blockers, deadlines and report it cleanly to London on a weekly cadence

What you need

• 7–13 years in operations
• SQL
• Excel
• Reporting
• Documentation
• Data visualisation
• Python
• B.Tech or B.E.
