Data and Reporting Engineer (PSI)

About the role

The Data and Reporting Engineer (PSI) is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization by developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that provide actionable insights into demand, supply, inventory, and forecast performance. The role drives operational excellence by ensuring data accuracy, identifying business risks and opportunities.

What you'll do

• Work on meaningful projects alongside passionate colleagues, driving progress and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
• Responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization by developing and maintaining reporting, analytics
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI) that clearly visualize PSI metrics, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders
• Prepare, maintain, automize and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and data packages essential for each step of the monthly, global PSI process
• Measure forecast accuracy, identify significant deviations, and analyze underlying causes
